Dr. Clark is the 53rd dentist in the world to receive his Diplomat Credentials from the American Board of Oral Implantology. This credential distinguishes Dr. Clark, enabling him to have the highest level of competence in implantology.
As one of only five board-certified implantologists in the state of Virginia, Dr. Clark is one of the most experienced and distinguished physicians, having placed over 15,000 implants in 35 years with a 97% success rate. For his work in this area, he has been honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Clark has made it imperative that he and his team continually educate themselves in the latest technology and advances in cosmetic and oral reconstruction to provide you with the best that dentistry has to offer. He has taught or lectured to dentists in 36 states and 12 foreign countries and is a former assistant professor of Clinical Affairs at Howard University, where he formed the 4th dental school implant residency program in the United States. Dr. Clark is also an alumnus of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Cosmetic and Neuromuscular Dentistry (TMJ Disorders).
